| The Group of 8 Summit Meeting will take place this year in Heili-gendamm, Germany on June 6th, 7th, and 8th of 2007. The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, will be hosting this year’s event and, as we have been for the last ten years running, The CAT company will be there with its award winning G-8 Magazine. |

| The Group of Eight (G-8) is the grouping of eight of the world's leading industrialized nations: France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States, (the G-6, 1975), Canada (the G-7, 1976), and Russia (not participating in all events), as well as the European Union. The hallmark of the G-8 is an annual economic and political summit (G-8 Summit) of the heads of government with international officials, though there are numerous subsidiary meetings and policy research. |
